Chicken Taco Bake
4 C cooked, chopped chicken
1(14oz) jar black bean and corn salsa
5 small flour tortillas cut into bite size pieces
2 C shredded Mexican blend cheese plus additional for top
if desired
Nonstick cooking spray
In a large bowl mix the chicken, salsa, tortillas, and
cheese together and pour into a
baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking
spray. Cover with foil. Bake at
350°F for 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
